Bernadett is the senior consultant of the urban development division in ECRS Hungary. Regional and urban development geographer, real estate appraiser, employee of the company since 1999. He participated in the preparation of real estate development projects, market research and analyses in the predecessor companies. Using property market knowledge and analytical practice, she specializes in the preparation of feasibility studies of projects and action areas in the regional development division, and participates as an expert in the development of concepts and strategies. She has been a senior consultant since 2003 and managing director since 2007.

Krisztián Karácsony
managing director, senior consultant

Krisztián is the senior consultant in the property consulting division of ECRS Hungary. Certified regional and urban development geographer (University of Debrecen). After graduating from the university, he is a consultant for a Hungarian-American industrial park development company, responsible for dealing with domestic clients and professional partners, and for preparing industrial park developments. He has been a member of the company since 2002 and has been a senior consultant and managing director since 2007. His expertise and experience spans both property and urban development consulting. He has advised several real estate developers, investors, banks and municipalities, both at the strategic and implementation levels.
